This evening on the civic plaza in downtown Albuquerque people gathered to say their last goodbye to Senator Edward M. Kennedy. They sang songs, told stories, and lighted candles. It was people who felt that the senator had inspired them to public service. The evening was a rainy one and the group stood under the cover on the stage.City Councilman Michael J.
